HOLISTIC BREATH & the Art of Expression

HOLISTIC BREATH is a poetic form of Breathwork created by Inga. In an epic journey, she guides you into an altered state of consciousness combing Breathwork, Music, Movement and the power of Visualisation. With her soft and playful guidance, she invites people to connect, feel and express. Enhenced by live singing and electronic music by Tom, HOLISTIC BREATH is a wonderful tool to bond and grow a sense of community.

Beyond powerful stretches and physical attunements offered by the postures, Tom’s classes are designed as a journey into breath, sound and sensations. Music plays a central role, as Tom sings with the guitar and the harmonium, leveraging the power of mantras and vibrations to deepen presence and relaxation. Often inviting into humming and vocal toning in certain key postures, a profound sense of belonging and slowing down can be experienced.

Years before Yoga and Meditation, singing was the doorway for Tom’s awakening journey. A profound discovery of the power of Breath and Vibrations in opening altered states of consciousness. Inspired by Naad Yoga, his approach of toning and vocal activations is mostly meditative, often eyes closed, far from any consideration of performance or aesthetic. An invitation to experience our own ability to massage and put in vibration our own mind, heart and bodies.

Blending their love from Music with ancient Yogic Mantras has been an important practice for Tom & Inga. Whether in festival or in their workshops and retreats, sacred songs are always a beautiful opportunity to open expressivity, surrendering and harmony. Inspired by the way of Bhakti Yoga, Inga plays the harmonium and Tom plays the guitar, joining their voices to offer an accessible Kirtan ceremony.
